Winding fingers are usually offered as “blanks with grooves” which then have to be ground and polished by the fitter. A procedure that is only partially reproducible and takes time.

Together with spring manufacturers, BeaTec has developed a grinding geometry for winding pins that can be used for almost all applications. Many companies already rely on our ready-to-use ground and polished winding pins, which has made them independent of the operator and more reliable in their processes.

With our grinding we can also produce coated winding fingers. This allows us to achieve better friction properties and, as a result, longer service life and better product quality.
