We manufacture high-precision and ready-to-install forming tools made of hardened steel, ceramic and hard metal, e.g. compression rolls, circulating rolls, welding rolls, forming rolls, drawing rings and drawing plugs. This includes the production of the raw parts, the heat treatment and the subsequent precision machining of your tools.

Do you have worn-out tools?
We will regrind or re-turn worn tools for you.
We offer the service to rework your worn-out tools, e.g. circulating rollers made of hardened steel, hard metal or ceramic.
Reworking to a different contour is often also possible.
Redesign of tools
Drawing tools are usually manufactured with a ceramic core and a reinforcement made of hardened tool steel.
The substitution of steel or hard metal with ceramic does not make sense in all cases. In this case, the tool must be redesigned.
