Our expertise

Processing brittle materials such as ceramics or hard metal is one of our core competencies. We have modern CNC grinding machines of various designs for this purpose. Operations such as lapping, honing and polishing are also part of our manufacturing spectrum. We are happy to use our extensive knowledge of the use of this group of materials to solve your problems.

By using special CNC precision lathes, we can very economically machine parts that are normally reserved for fine grinding. With the appropriate technology, we can achieve roundnesses of less than 0.001 mm and tolerances of less than 0.005 mm. In particular, the production of complex contours is often more cost-effective with this process than with grinding.

To ensure the quality of our products, we not only have the necessary measuring technology. In 2015, we also introduced a management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 .
