This includes the production of raw parts , heat treatment and the subsequent precision machining of your tools.

Do you have locking tools?
We offer the service to rework your worn tools, e.g. circulating rollers made of hardened steel.
We manufacture completely new rolls for you, including raw parts with hardening and finishing on our high-precision hard turning machines.

Drawing tools are usually manufactured with a ceramic core and a reinforcement made of hardened tool steel.
In some cases, replacing steel with ceramic makes sense. However, steel cannot be replaced 1:1 by ceramic.
